Welcome!
Welcome to the website of the Lincoln Club of Northern California, the premier Republican political organization of the Napa/Sonoma, San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley and the Monterey Bay Region.
Founded in the early 1980s, the Lincoln Club of Northern California and its PACs have been central to the success of scores of Republican candidates for office at the local, state and national levels ever since.
Members of the Lincoln Club enjoy unprecedented access to the elected leaders, policy experts and political thinkers who drive modern American politics forward – and in turn those leaders have come to respect the Lincoln Club as a political force unto itself.
Each election cycle, our members combine to contribute million of dollars to Republican candidates and causes across the country, in California and locally. We are proud that our members and the Club's federal and state PACs contributed over $13 million to Republican candidates and causes since 2005.
If you’re a Republican committed to making our party stronger and considering membership in the Lincoln Club, there is no better value anywhere in Northern California. If you’re already a member, take some time on our site to re-acquaint yourself with our tremendous history, accomplishments and mission for the future.

The Lincoln Club of Northern California
The Lincoln Club of Northern California has taken a leadership role in California and Bay Area Republican politics and is having a major impact at the local, state and national level.
Expanding Our Party The historic election of Arnold Schwarzenegger as Governor and his successful re-election signals positive movement toward expanding Republican strength in California. We are proud of former Club member Steve Poizner, who served on our Board of Directors, for his election as California Insurance Commissioner. Many of our members have held leadership roles in the California Republican Party, including Duf Sundheim, Club former chairman, who served as the CRP's Chairman.
Funding a Revolution We are proud that our members and the Club's federal and state PACs contributed over $13 million to Republican candidates and causes since 2005.
Taking Back the Legislature The Lincoln Club PAC endorsed two candidates in State legislative races in 2002: Jeff Denham (SD 12) and Guy Houston (AD 15) and both won. Our 2004 victories included Assemblyman Abel Maldonado's election to Senate District 12 and Assemblyman Houston's re-election victory. In 2006 we continued our support of Senator Denham and Assemblyman Houston and both successfully defended their seats and returned to the Legislature.
Recruiting a New Breed of Republican Leaders The Lincoln Club PAC's effort to help elect Republicans to local offices throughout the region remains strong. The Club is committed to working with local elected Republicans as well as aspiring Republican candidates in the Greater Bay Area to help them as they prepare to move up the political ladder.
Building a Winning Strategy The Club has devised and developed a long term Political Plan that provides a region by region road map of which districts offer the best opportunities for Republicans in our area and what the Club and its members specifically can do to make the electoral environment in those districts as favorable as possible.
Leading America, Changing the World Lincoln Club members and former members hold key positions in the Bush Administration, including: Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of State; Neel Kashkari, US Treasury's Assistant Secretary for Financial Stability; Howard Leach, former Ambassador to France; Jim Gilleran, former Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision; Ruben Barrales, former Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs; Claude Hutchison, former Director of Asset Enterprise Management, Department of Veterans Affairs; and Lisa Guillerman Gable, U.S. Commissioner General to the 2005 World Exposition in Aichi, Japan.
